In this intensive single session, you will:

Building upon the Blueprint to Balance session which is a prerequisite, this program accelerates your journey with structure and support to stay the course. Utilizing your blueprint as a baseline, we’ll integrate balanced living protocols, activate the mind-body connection, and focus on a specific goal to maximize its manifestation.

In my four week immersion program, you will:

  • Week 1: Move your body and move out limiting beliefs to make room for the new
  • Week 2: Nourish your whole being and plant seeds to grow your goals
  • Week 3: Align with the new you to amplify progress and create massive momentum
  • Week 4: Blend the ingredients together to form new sustainable habits that facilitate the new you
